Since the 1990 s,with the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the development of information technology,the rapidly changing market demand and fierce competition environment requires the enterprise make more efforts for survival and development,which makes the enterprise flattening organization become an inevitable trend.In view of Huabei oilfield Company,North China,this paper is to promote the organization structure set upin the process of flattening reform andput forward some solvutions to the problems.Through investigation and research,qualitative analysis,quantitative application organization management,and some related theories and research method,the flat organization structure reformcarried out in Huabei Oilfield Company of North China,of was studied.First of all,based on the status quo of domestic and foreign flat organization structure reform in detail,and the development of the enterprise organization structure and related theory,then through two kinds of organization structure entropy model analysis,the paper lists the flattening organizational structure and makes a pyramid structure analysis of advantages and disadvantages.Finally the paper concludes thatHuabei Oilfield Company flat organization structure is more advantageous to the company's strategic goals in the existing external environment.From the third chapter othe paper gives a specific analysis of the disadvantages of the existing organizational structure of Huabei Oilfield Company f and the implementation problems faced by the flat organizational structure reform.The focuses of the study is on the flat organization structure related to the reform practice of Huabei Oilfield Company,carried out from the perspectives of the organization structure design,the security measures,the concrete case,the measure method,and the results of the reform.A comprehensive exposition of the company and its ganizational structure flattening reform process is made and some specificsuggestions are offered.The thesis takes a production factory of Huabei Oilfield Company as an example to illustrate the specific implementation measures taken in the flat organizational structure reform and their effect.Through the flat organization structure reform,Huabei Oilfield Company improves the efficiency of information transfer,maximally arouses the enthusiasm of staff and morale,saves great administrative cost,increases the work efficiency,makes the organization become flexible,agile,quick,better adaptive to the enterprise strategy and the need of the era of knowledge economy.
