LG smart photography company is a photography service company and the only providers with its patent right smart-photography production system in China,who is established in 2014.Its business developed rapidly and became the leading photography service company in the filed since then.The competitive environment for photography service companied has been unprecedented changing since 2015.Aiming at the maximization of and long-term growth of the LG smart photography company,facing challenge from changing market, we would focuses on the strategic design of LG smart photography company in this dissertation. The following article will focuses on the strategic design for the company with the theories, tools and methods of strategic management.First of all, we will analysis on the company,including its external resource by applying the PEST model, Boston five-force model, identifying its external environment and internal resource of LG smart photography company,its opportunity and threats. We would also study the advantage of it inner resource and capacity, by analyzing its human resource, management strategy, business operation and finical report.Secondly,according the analysis above, we would introduces the diversification strategy design, including the strategy ideology and formation, SWOT analysis and strategy design, which would lead the company enter the design and sale business of smart-photography equipment and the civil market.Thirdly, we would study the risks and countermeasures for such diversification strategy and reach a conclusion that diversification is the most effective way to keeping a fast development,expanding its competitive advantage and creating value for its customers constantly for LG smart photography company.Finally we get the conclusion that following up the diversification strategy will benefit LG smart photography company to own and further develop its competitive advantage, which will help the company to become a leading group company of photography service, smart equipment and personal service provider.
