The development of the wedding industry has benefited from the advancement of technology.Since the birth of digital cameras,the cost of wedding photography has not been mainly due to labor costs and material prices.Therefore,the price of wedding photography has become lower and lower.Now wedding photography has become a young man.Marriage essential options.With the advancement of society,people's requirements for brand and quality have gradually strengthened and recognized.High consumption has become an unstoppable fact and trend.In the face of this fast-growing industry,competition will undoubtedly become more and more fierce.Changchun Shiguangli Photography Co.,Ltd.was founded on December 2,2016 and has developed steadily in this era of opportunities and challenges.In order to promote the sustainable development of ChangguangShiguangli Photography Co.,Ltd.,it is necessary to introduce marketing methods in the market,select appropriate investment strategies and operation methods,and further explore its operating environment and marketing strategy.Its paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background meaning and research methods of the topic.The second chapter mainly describes the general situation and current situation of Changchun Shiguangli Co.,Ltd.,the main problems existing at this stage and the reasons for the problems.The third chapter is the core content of this paper.It uses Porter's five-force model to analyze the company's macro-internal and external opportunity threats and advantages and disadvantages,which is convenient for the marketing strategy formulation and selection.Using the SWOT model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of all aspects of the company,and to avoid weaknesses.The fourth chapter has made marketing strategy design and implementation guarantee,aiming to provide better marketing strategy for Changchun Jiguangli PhotographyCo.,Ltd.and implement it steadily,thus improving the problems in the company's marketing and improving the company's market competitiveness,play a positive role in promoting,while at the same time for the same industry wedding photography company to play a role in attracting jade.
