GF is a real estate company founded in 1995, with 20 years experience in industrial real estate operating, at present, its successful operation of the industrial parks is spreading Dalian, Wuhan, Tianjin, Suzhou, and further expand the layout is ongoing in Shanghai and other places. However, as from the social main body, to the promotion of industrial real estate attention, GF company faces the competition and challenges are unprecedented, want to occupy a position in such a complex environment and maintain sustainable development, must according to the new situation to formulate the development strategy of the company, in order to ensure that enterprises gain competitive advantage so as to realize the strategic goal of a higher level.Based on GF real estate company as the research object, in China's industrial upgrading and new requirements of urbanization development of industrial real estate under the background, under this premise, the core of the research that is associated with industrial property theory, combined with the present industrial property management mode and distinctive contribution to our country's economy is becoming more and more significant increase in such as the development of the status quo. and the industry innovation platform construction, such as insufficient, imperfect mechanism of cooperation between park and other problems, the future development trend of industrial property. Deep analysis and evaluation of GF company at the same time facing the external environment and internal resources of the enterprise existing, through the SWOT analysis method to study the advantages and disadvantages of GF company and clear the company's future strategic development direction, and tries to conclude that the development strategy of the company in the next five years, clear differentiation, diversification, cooperative, brand, financing, the human resources strategy as the core strategic idea, regional layout first, operating efficiency as the core strategic priorities, and from industrial planning, development and construction, investment planning, financing strategy, brand building, human resources development, project value put forward a series of practical and feasible way to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
