Taiyuan Jinyang Pharmaceutical Factory is the affiliated enterprise ownership by the whole people of Shanxi Pharmaceutical Vocational College. The factory was set up in 1980 s, and now it has been developed into a science research, production, marketing, teaching and practical training integration solid ferment preparation manufacturing enterprise. The solid ferment preparation includes tablets, capsules, granula, powder and etc. Among them, shuerfen made by the factory has filled in the home gaps in analgesia compound preparation. The medicine is accepted by more and more medical workers and patients, and a good social and economic benefits are obtained.In recent years, Taiyuan Jinyang Pharmaceutical Factory pays more attention to the development and construction of human resources, and improves the management ability and operation level of managers by improving HR management level, which can create better performance for the factory. In order to better improve enterprises management level, retain the talents and ensure a sustained development of the enterprise, the key is to develop employee’s potential, make workers more productive and improve the whole competence of the enterprise.This paper mainly introduces the basic information, main products, market positioning and development tendency of Taiyuan Jinyang Pharmaceutical Factory. It also analyses the basic information, human resource condition and human resource management of the factory with the theory of personnel management. Meanwhile, it analyses and introduces the present condition of the factory’s overall HR management, according to the job responsibility, recruitment, training, salary and achievement effect of the factory. The article analyses the questions of human resource management of the factory, and it also put forwards some corresponding solutions. These solutions will help the staff to stimulate the enthusiasm for the work, and improve work efficiency; they will help to reduce the human resource costs and cultivate scientific salary system; they will help to establish a fast and efficient management organization with effective integration on resources in the factory.
