Optimization Study Of ZTE Financial Shared Services

With the development of financial shared services in china, more and more companies begin to implement this type of financial management. As it grows, ZTE Corporation, which is a large information and communication enterprises, begins to focus far more on its financial managem ent. To apply with the trend of the financial reform, ZTE Corporation is embarking on the construction of its financial shared services. After the implementat ion of ZTE Corporation Financial Shared Services, they have achieved fruitful results, at the same time, there have been some problems. In order to solve the present problems, the main task of the company is to improve the financial shared services functions to satisfy the company’s demand.This article brief introduces the background of ZTE’s financial shared services and the process of its foundation. Besides, connecting with the relative theory and methods, it analyses some of the problems which existing in actual operation. From the research we can see that the implementat ion of financial shared services of ZTE Corporation has brought many benefits; it has reduced operating costs and improved the efficiency of financial services, furthermore, it enhanced the management of the affiliated companies. At the same time, During the operation of its Financial Shared Services, there have been some problems, which are organized institut ional issues, integration of financial informat ion systems, financial f low problems and financial staff management issues. Basing on the advanced experiences, this article analyzes the problems above in detail so that some corresponding solutions can be put forward. Finally, in order to ensure the implementat ion of the design optim izat ion program, the corresponding guarantee measures should be made and the administration of each step must be enhanced.In the case of ZTE and its optimizing project design, this article aims to find some solutions to improve the foundation of its Financial Shared Services. At the same time, it can also provide some significant values to other relevant companies. Those companies who are ready to implement financial shared services, can use the solutions which has been put forward to avoid similar problems. And others, who have implement ed financial shared services, can learn from it based on their own characteristics. In the article, I study the optimization of ZTE’s financial shared services which has important implications, in order to make some contributions for the further development of financial shared services in China.
