Research On Heilongjiang Agriculture And Forestry College Students Provided Service To The Development Of The Forest District

Developing Forestry and accelerating the pace of ecological construction, the key depends on talents. In the forest district the development of strategic emerging industries depends on innovation of talents cultivation. At present, human resources of forest area of China are relatively scarce, so the employment and rational allocation of forestry talent is an important issue in the development of Forest Region. Forestry colleges and universities has always been an important base for cultivating forestry talents, which is a force of forestry science and technology innovation. In recent years, with enlarging the scale of recruiting students economic benefits of universities are increased, but the employment of undergraduates becomes difficult with the adjustment and reform of employment policy, which must influence the development of forestry and affluent society. In order to make forestry university graduates better service for forestry construction, we must start from multi angle of the government, society, employers and graduates, to speed up the transformation of concept, improve the scientific system, strengthen the policy implementation, which could lay a good foundation of talent for forest economic construction.This paper use the documentary research, comparative research method and empirical research method, on the basis of understanding in Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, human resource theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, learning from domestic and international research achievement, from the employment situation of college graduates in agriculture and forestry colleges, the status quo of transporting talents to the forest area, the problems of Heilongjiang agriculture and forestry university students service forest area were revealed and analyzed. Taking Northeast Forestry University for example, this paper analyzes the problem of Heilongjiang agriculture and forestry college students provided service to the development of the forest district by the date of employment rate, employment related degree and employment direction. And then to build the talents cultivation patterns of the agriculture and forestry college and put forward the safeguards, it is important to make the agriculture and forestry college graduates in agriculture-related into the development of modern forestry urgently needed for effective human capital, and to promote forestry development as well as national economic development.
