Research On Relationship Among Innovation Climate,Network Embeddedness And Innovation Performance Of Returned Overseas Outstanding Talents In Colleges And Universities

With the development of knowledge economy and shared economy,a new round of scientific and technological revolution is coming.And the competition of science and technology has promoted the white-hot of talent competition.The nineteen party has further defined the national strategy of “mass innovation and entrepreneurship”,and innovation driven has become an endogenous driving force for China's economic development and technological progress.With the world first-class and Colonel first-class discipline of “double top” construction,a large number of returned overseas talents selecting the colleges and universities as the innovation base.The returned overseas talents in colleges and universities have the characteristics of highly educated,dual cultural backgrounds and high achievement needs.They are an important part of heterogeneous human capital and a new force in building innovative countries.In recent years,the total number of overseas talents in China's universities has made significant progress.But how to effectively utilize and develop overseas talents and enhance their innovative performance has increasingly becoming a major and difficult issue in theory and practice.Although the National Laboratory,provincial and ministerial level scientific research platform and collaborative innovation center as the representative of the university collaborative innovation network provides a new perspective for the innovation of science and technology and talents,but how to comprehensively screens the impact factor of university overseas talents innovation performance is also of great significance.The thesis considers the returned overseas talents in colleges and universities as research objects and aims to study the influence of innovation atmosphere on innovation performance;On the basis of summarizing and reviewing the research on innovation atmosphere and innovation performance,we found that the collaborative innovation network provides a new perspective of the talent agglomeration and motivation.And we introduce innovative network embedding as a mediation variable,and establish a relation model of innovation atmosphere,Network embedded and innovation performance for outstanding talents abroad.Then we use SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 data analysis software to analysis the 206 samples data from the collaborative innovation center and provincial scientific research platform to carry on the model and hypothesis testing,finally we verify the theoretical model and analyzed the influence path.The results show that the organization support and resources supply all have positive influence on the result of the process of innovation and innovation,but the team support has positive influence to the process of innovation and no significant influence on the results of innovation;Network embedding has a positive impact on the process and result innovation performance,and plays a part in the relationship between organizational support and resource supply and innovation performance.According to the research results,we put forward management Suggestions from the perspectives of "Partnership" team building,tolerance of failure atmosphere construction,Innovation factor input and network embeddedness breadth and depth development.
