At present,China's agriculture is to promote agricultural supply side structural reform,an important task of the reform is to improve the quality of the labor force,providing strong support for the reform and development of agricultural labor,agricultural science and technology and talent is the focus of the crowd of agricultural labor,agricultural science and technology talent to foster high quality is essential to the reform and development of agriculture in Nanxiong city.The agricultural science and technology talents in Nanxiong city based on the questionnaire survey,using statistical analysis method,analyzes the current situation of agricultural science and technology talent cultivation in Nanxiong City,and analyzes the agricultural science and technology talent cultivation of agricultural science and technology personnel training has insufficient capital investment,agricultural science and technology personnel structure unreasonable,agricultural science and technology talent cultivation mode,backward agricultural science and technology personnel training satisfaction is not high.By using the 5P model of human resource management,human capital theory and human capital theory analysis the cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents in Nanxiong city are the weak economic foundation,cultivating the lack of talent capital investment consciousness,lack of talent cultivation mechanism mainly effective for agricultural science and technology talents.Finally,we put forward some countermeasures to establish financial guarantee mechanism,perfect management system and optimize talent structure,effectively utilize resources,cultivate agricultural science and technology talents,focus on improving the quality of agricultural science and technology talents,and establish effective cultivation mode of agricultural science and technology talents.There are many research literatures on the cultivation of agricultural scientific and technological personnel in China,but the research literature devoted to the cultivation of agricultural scientific and technological talents in Nanxiong is relatively lacking.It is hoped that this paper can be used for reference by other researchers.
