According to the article, the optimization of X power supply burea including five aspect, specification manage mechanism,develop training base,management mechanism of train teachers, information construction,training quality management. In order to make sure the optimization has in force,take these approach, first is rally support of administrator,The second is to build training prompting mechanism,the third is set up learning-oriented enterprise. It has a certain reference to other enterprises in electricity industry and has a positive significance for enterprises’ training practice.
