For many years China power supply enterprises always will be training as anenterprise daily business strategy, as an important way, the development of humanresources as the important activities to enhance the competitive advantage ofenterprises. At present, the power supply enterprises have attached great importanceto the training of the employees, enterprises gradually expand the scope of theemployee training, increase staff training input, enrich the training contents.Enterprises will determine the training goal in training before, this is known as thetarget, the enterprise to carry out the training to evaluate the effect of the assessment,the results obtained with the expected target comparison can determine the expectedtarget of the enterprise is achieved, if the results of the assessment and the expectedgoals or very close to description of the training is valuable.Hohhot Power Supply Bureau of Inner Mongolia power system model unit is nowcharged with the capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Hohhot City andits surrounding seven counties of the power supply and power construction, powersupply area of38440square kilometers. In recent years, Hohhot Power SupplyBureau in order to improve the staff overall quality level, in order to achieve thescientific outlook on development as the guiding ideology and the "talent thrivingenterprise" the development goals,and actively carry out the work of trainingemployees.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research topic, andthen discusses the theoretical knowledge related to staff training and assessmentprogram, also introduced the related training programs for staff training HohhotPower Supply Bureau and the work plan as well as the team leader training project;on this basis, combined with three dimensional evaluation system ahead of theShenzhen company and Coriolis(Kirkpatrick) with four grade evaluation model,constructed the effect of Hohhot power supply bureau team leader training projectevaluation system,combined with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model, the evaluation results, according to the evaluationresults can be seen that the effect of Hohhot Power Supply Bureau Team Leadertraining programs for women to travel the good level, the training project it ismeaningful and valuable to Hohhot power supply bureau.
