As the revolution of electric power system is now undergoing, the staff training plays an increasingly important role in the management of human resources and corporate operation. The designed difference in the staff training is the key to the promotion of an enterprise’s competition.Based on the research of the current situation of staff training and staff requirement in Xian yang power supply bureau, the paper analyzes four big obstacles that include lower self-study positiveness, disaccord between staff’s ability and position requirement, the lack of diversity on training methods and evaluation system of training results. Based on the staff requirement, the paper designs a training plan based on the requirement diversity theory, which makes the staff training more scientific.The paper finds out the problems of the staff training in the company and makes a deep analysis on them after having the research on the real situation for the company; then, the paper forms its theoretic foundation via studying requirement theory, diversity theory and post-evaluation theory. The paper uses investigation method to design the query survey based on requirement theory, and apply analysis method to these query survey. Finally, the paper figures out what are the problems lying in the staff training via diversity theory. By analyzing the problems, through diversity theory and requirement theory, the training plans are accordingly made and carried out in the company in order to testify the training performance. At last, the paper utilizes the evaluation theory to assess the training plan and implement results in comparison with the traditional training plan.The staff training plan overcomes weaknesses of traditional training programmes, and also optimizes the process and resources of training in the company.The diversity research on the staff training has a practical significance from the perspective of enterprise management, which helps to lay a profound foundation for the staff training in enterprises.
