As the most fundamental organization and service window,The power supply business enterprise of power supply services directly for the vast number of urban and rural residents.The good or bad of the quality of their work is not only related to economic benefits and development,but also directly affects the social figure of power supply enterprise.To the true sense of the management,the service efficiency and enhance the quality of personnel problems of the supply business enterprise,especially in performance assessment.L city power supply bureau has long been no special worthy reference experience method, the power supply business development is not very balanced.To the understanding of standardized management and performance,the cadres and workers is different.The power supply business management efficiency is also uneven,particularly the quality of the lowest workers is uneven,some good and some bad,on management cognition,the lack of performance conception,work efficiency is not high,affected on certain level of grass-roots power supply service level and quality.Based on L city power supply bureau,the purpose is to study through the system and science and establish a set of evaluation index system that adapts to constantly improve the quality service work requirement,cogent enhance the power supply business management performance.The main research contents are:the carding of assessment system on the current domestic ongoing supply business performance,find out the original performance appraisal system of the existing problems by the application of the performance appraisal theory,combined with the reality of L city power supply power supply bureau business through interview analysis.To Analysis and optimization design through application of Balanced Scorecard ideas on the power supply business performance evaluation indexes and implement and promote through the effective methods,and put forward to deepen and perfect performance assessment scheme.lt has strong practical significance on the current China’s county level power supply enterprises to implement supply business performance evaluation.
