From China’s Reform and Opening, especially from 2001, Chinese insurance industry have made a remarkable achievement. During this period, socialist market economy have been established, social and economy were booming, opportunities parallel to challenges. Insurance corporations were thriving, and a large number of today’s insurance corporations were born at this time. As the growth of social economy and as the improvement of policy system, the rapidly expansion of insurance corporations, benign competitions among them, all these factors became engines of the nation’s insurance industry. While, during the whole develop process of the corporation, talent resource which is the most important and most precious asset, plays a vital role, moreover, it represents a corporation’s soft power and sustainable development ability. In addition, the talent’s positiveness for the corporation focus on his or her leadership.In this paper, we combine the research of achievements and business practices on domestic and foreign related organizations and personnel on leadership, S joint-stock company middle managers as the research object, by facing the macro situation changes to the company, analyzing the enterprise middle managers leadership situation and causing factors. It is proposed that how important of the company middle managers leadership. We draw lessons from the methods of the construction of leadership in this paper. The research has established S joint-stock company middle-level leadership model. And it is proposed including leadership mechanism of self-development organization-development, construction and so on as comprehensive leadership-promotion strategy based on model.In a constantly accelerating the speed of change business environment, excellent leadership is the guarantee of enterprise’s growth, change and one of the key factors for sustainable development. However, the middle manager as a mainstay in enterprise. we make a proposal that attaching great importance to the development of leadership in this paper, building leadership development system based on leadership model constantly actively and improving the leadership of middle managers’ to help the company to win a bright future in the fierce competition.
