Mobile Internet is bound to change the way we work and live, bringing disruptive wave of innovation, while the spirit and the mind of the Internet will also challenge traditional communications companies. In the innovation of any eras, Human beings is always a dominant force. And it is the leadership that lead the human beings to face the environment, to solve the difficult problems and to make sustainable progress. The leadership can help to adapt to the environment, to lead the development and to deal with challenges and opportunities.In this thesis, we take the middle-level managers from Communication Company A as the research object, by analyzing the change of the current macro situation that the company is facing, the current situation and the root-cause of the leadership of the company’s middle-level managers, we put forward the importance of the construction of Acompany’s leadership.In this thesis, we took methods of building leadership in the first-class international enterprise’s as reference and use a multi-dimensional comprehensive step-by-step method to set up the leadership model for the middle-level managers in Communication Company A for containing Five dimensions and17elements.Basing on the leadership’s model of the middle-level managers, we put forward comprehensive promotion strategies and suggestions, which includes the personal leadership promotion plan, training system, the performance evaluation and incentive system, the specific leadership development team, as well as the construction of leadership culture.This study highly emphasized the development of the leadership of Middle-Level Managers of Communication Company A and the leadership developing system on the basis of leadership model with aim to help the company to win a bright future in the acute competition.
