At present, China’s commercial banks are facing with a rapidly developing and changing era. Whether it can face the competition and challenges from joint-stock commercial banks, city commercial banks and foreign banks of domestic and international markets, whether to succeed in line with international practice,whether to change successfully from an extensive wholly state-owned commercial banks into modern state-owned commercial banks, and so on, all of which are important to state-owned commercial banks.As the backbone of the state-owned commercial banks, the importance of middle managers is not in question. Its leadership is very important to the transformation of bank. The current social situation and development strategy requires bank middle managers have a good leadership. Whether the Middle managers can change their own ability into leadership depends on his own self cultivation and constantly improving of their comprehensive quality. As a bank middle managers, they must be combined with work reality to improve their own quality, and continuously push forward its leadership team. Therefore, to strengthen bank middle managers leadership, is a major project, which has significant practical significance.This article selects the branch of J Bank (hereinafter referred to as the SX branch) as the research object, and the Presodent of SX branch of sub-branch as a typical representative of J Bank middle managers, to do the analysis and research, to explore as a branch of the "leader", need to have leadership to lead the staff to better promote the development of Banks. Therefore, this article will use the theories and principles of organizational behavior, in the internal staff in SX branch, on the basis of the research, through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to weight, to build a set of index system of leadership belongs to the J sub-branch, bank, so that J bank can improve their competitiveness through better development. At the same time, also provide the reference for other peers to build the index system of middle managers.
