Under the age of fierce competition today, the key factor for the long-term development of the enterprises is to promote the enterprise leadership. The middle managers are the main strength in the enterprises. They play a very important role for the development of the enterprises. Therefore, correct evaluation of the leadership of the middle managers has a profound meaning for the development of the enterprises.This thesis takes the middle managers of VM (Kunshan) Co., Ltd as the research object, specifically studies the proposal for promoting the middle managers’ leadership. The thesis firstly elaborates the background and significance of the research. After retrieving and reading massive related literatures, the thesis introduces the theories about middle managers and leadership. Based on the review of these related theories, the thesis first analyzes the current situation of the middle managers’ leadership of VM (Kunshan) Co., Ltd, points out the problems of middle managers’ leadership and analyzes the causes of deficiency of leadership of middle managers. Then this thesis proposes the concept and proposal for promoting the middle managers’leadership of VM (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. The most important part of the proposal is the construction of the evaluation system of middle managers’leadership of VM (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. Finally, it is the implementation of the proposal. The result shows the implementation result is good.This thesis integrates the theory of middle managers’leadership into the practice of middle managers’leadership of VM (Kunshan) Co., Ltd on promoting construction, which plays a good guidance and reference role on constructing the excellent Middle managers’leadership of VM (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. |
