| The level of managerial leadership directly determines the current and future development speed and development level of the company.Today’s society is the competition of knowledge,the competition of talents,and the competition of leaders.Leadership development and training has become an important part of corporate human resources work.With the widespread use and application of the Internet,the demographic dividend of the Internet industry is gradually declining,and the competition of Internet companies is becoming more and more fierce.The company needs to adjust its strategic layout,change its business model,and improve its personnel structure.These changes have brought unprecedented challenges to leadership work.DB is a domestic Internet company established in 2000.In recent years,it has been committed to the research and development of national high-tech projects such as artificial intelligence,unmanned vehicles,and voice recognition.Established in 2006,DB Beijing Branch(hereinafter referred to as DB North Branch),as its largest branch company,directly undertakes the marketing service business of the head office in the Beijing area,and directly contacts with customers.Its strategy is faced with the changes from expanding new customers to improving the quality of old customers.From the top of the flow to the top of the user,the changes in the external environment will inevitably bring new challenges to the leadership of DB North.Therefore,the improvement of leadership is particularly important and urgent.This paper takes DB North as the research object,discusses the characteristics of its leadership training system and what needs to be improved,and provides constructive opinions for DB North to build a perfect leadership training system.In 2010-2016,the company revised its leadership system three times,established a five-level leadership model based on competency and covering all managers of the company,and supported the corresponding leadership training program,which was promoted and implemented in the head office and branch offices.This provides a practical reference for the discussion of the advantages of leadership training in this paper.Its overall advantage is reflected in the leadership training based on the mature leadership model.Based on the model,this paper studies the DB North leadership training system from the perspective of four training processes:training needs analysis,training plan development,training implementation and training evaluation,as well as two major resources of training:training courses and training instructors..Although DB North has attached great importance to leadership training,it has also achieved some results in the industry.However,as a service-level Internet company that relies on the technical strength of its headquarters and its own marketing business,there are still difficulties and challenges in the leadership training system.This paper collects and integrates the relevant theories of leadership,competency and training system at home and abroad through the literature method and explores the leadership training system of DB Beijing branch management through questionnaires,interviews,case studies and other related research methods.Conduct interviews with DB North Training Department staff and management personnel,conduct surveys on managers,and then refine interview keywords and analysis questionnaires to find out the tim.ing of training in the company’s managerial leadership training system.Reasonable,the internal trainer system is not perfect,and the training evaluation mechanism needs to be improved.Secondly,I took some experience from GE General Electric Company,carried out migration processing,and put forward suggestions for perfecting the DB North leadership training system,such as implementing the rotation system,establishing the internal trainer system,and creating a corporate culture atmosphere for training.It is hoped that through the research and case summary of this article,it can provide a certain degree of reference for the improvement of the managerial leadership training system of DB North Branch and other peer companies. |
