In recent years,the issue of leadership improvement has been listed as one of the important topics for the breakthrough development of many small and medium-sized enterprises in China.MC is a typical enterprise service small and medium-sized enterprise,with concentrated decision resources,strong discretion,and lack of competence."It also exists in the company.This article is based on a comprehensive survey of MC’s leadership and theoretical and practical research.It provides valuable exploration for the company’s leadership improvement and provides reference for other SMEs’ leadership improvement."The study is based on the theory of leadership contingency,combined with the exploration of other domestic and foreign leadership theories and leadership quality models.A survey system of 33 sub-indicators including five major items including impact.The author conducted a preliminary survey of the current status of MC ’s leadership by means of data collection,questionnaires and interviews,and obtained the true status of the company ’s leadership and nine major Problem,and successfully developed the MC company’s enterprise leadership quality model and evaluation criteria for evaluating the level of leadership elements covering five aspects: innovation,work,control,influence,and execution.The article also analyzes the application of MC’s leadership quality model and evaluation criteria in the aspects of management recruitment and selection,training and development,salary and performance appraisal,career development planning,reserve cadre reserve and training.Relying on the model and evaluation criteria,this study established MC company ’s leadership improvement strategy and implementation plan in four aspects: corporate strategy and system,leadership appointment evaluation,personal behavior,and communication mechanism.The influencing factors such as performance and incentive model were analyzed.Research has focused on issues,established models,set evaluation standards,and formulated plans for MC ’s leadership improvement.It has helped MC companies improve their management level with enterprise leadership as the starting point,and at the same time provides leadership research in China.The use of value in the governance of SMEs provides a case for reference.
