With the application of information technology in modern enterprises all-round development and progress, the business is more and more deep dependence on Information Technology,the increasing complexity of enterprise IT system, Management, control and maintenance of these systems put forward new challenges to the enterprise IT department. People gradually realize that the lack of effective management is the bottleneck of enterprise informationization construction. IT service management(IT Service Management, referred to as ITSM) is an effective method to solve the problem of IT management as international recognized.ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is founded in this background. Information Technology Infrastructure Library originated in the UK,which is a collection of best practice for IT infrastructure operation and maintenance management. With the practice of many of the world’s company for several years,it is proved that good application of ITIL can help enterprises to optimize the process of IT service management,to enhance the IT service management level,to reduce the service cost and improve efficiency. ITIL has become the de facto international standard for IT service management.In this paper, through the analysis of the state of SISDC key business process,around the three aspects of organization,process and IT technology.I got the key demand of IT service management for SISDC. Then analyzed the infrastructure of SISDC operation support system. And by using the ITIL model, I specifically defined its core service management processes.Based on the research results on the process system,I further explored the practice of the system. Useing specific case to show how to formulate reasonable implementation,to let the process established into the daily work of operations department.
