As China's commercial banks and gradually move toward international, to participate in international competition more and more of the information has been promoting the construction, banks are increasingly dependent on information technology support for business, so how commercial banks to strengthen and promote the effective management of information technology, to play the greatest degree of efficiency of resources, to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks, and very important, however, IT departments, so that the business sector is still satisfied with the regular in a passive "emergency" status.Therefore the technology has begun to gradually introduce the concept of IT, ITIL model proposed, based on operation and maintenance of IT, in order to promote IT and integration of business needs as efficiently as possible to ensure the IT, timely positioning and troubleshooting, as well as IT departments to provide an efficient platform to previous complex, the efficiency of IT management under more orderly, so that IT departments from the original "fire brigade" role, business sector to enhance the technical departments of the IT satisfaction.The beginning of this paper described the background of the title, content, information system of commercial banks and the relationship between IT service management, service management, as well as the construction process of some of the frequently asked questions, which leads to the construction of IT and the urgency of the need; then IT service model on the experience of the Treasury - ITIL, and IT at home and abroad. Commercial banks from the functions of the IT department began, in-depth analysis of the day-to-day management of the various problems encountered, and meticulous detail to identify the needs of the various processes, ITIL based on the theory of demand for IT service management system and the main direction. And then as the basis of ITIL contained in the help desk, incident and problem management to change management, configuration management, security management of five major modules of the design brief and the design of a shared knowledge base, the other for IT service management the implementation of the results were evaluated. ITIL on commercial banks in the industry on the future development and implementation process need to pay attention to matters in order to further study the specific circumstances of the commercial banks in line with the IT service management system.
