ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) has been announced as the ISO 20000 by International Organization for Standardization. ITIL is regarded as a complementary asset for IT investment. Through ITIL, enterprises will build IT management processes to link and integrate internal and external IT resources. And these processes will enhance the enterprises to leverage IT resources.Absolutely, the IT infrastructure plays a significant role in supporting the application system. This paper intends to adopt the systems analysis, research and case studies and other empirical methods. Complying with the network System, Storage System, Disaster Recovery, Database, System Management, Information Security and Operation System, we will discuss to establish a more stable, safer and more efficient IT infrastructure. The IT system of SAA is important to help the company to expand its business scope and increase the efficiency, but it also encounters some difficulties now. In order to the realization of the ITSM, we give the roadmap of the IT infrastructure planning, and bring out the solution of the ITSM, including the Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management and Configuration Management. It allows the IT dept designs and implements the service flow for the IT operations on the platform of ITSM. The company managers can control the all information of the company operation by the ITSM solution, and make the IT to serve the strategic objectives of the company.
