As the high development of information technology (IT), the daily operation and business activity are indivisible to the information management. It’s becoming the important element o of core-competitiveness in the business market for the enterprise to investment and usage in technology management. However, there are many enterprises who administer the information technology (IT) in the traditional ways of management. The traditional management ways are inclined to build the information infrastructure, which can’t meet the requirement of the current enterprise to the information technology management. ITIL has been deployed by many enterprises both national and international as the best practice.This article descript the related theory of IT service and conclude Several solutions base on the analysis the current situation of IT management as the example of Y company. Then, make deep research in service process including service desk, trouble management, problem management, change management, configuration management, service catalog management and service level management, which is basis of the theory of ITIL infrastructure. After then, to analyze the needs from the business department of Y company at the early stage of ITIL deployment; to identity correctly the key element of ITIL at the implementation process and to point that Y company need to pay close attention to the accouplement of ITIL process and business development.
