Analysis Of The Effect Of Guanxi On The Entrepreneurial Intention Of The College Students Back At Home

Rural economic is slowing,and with the "left-behind" children and “Empty Nester” social problem.on the other hand, College graduates have difficult in finding job is that the indisputable reality.Therefore guide college student especially the rural cadastral returning home to start their business actively has become the main way to solve the problem of the new rural construction personnel. Returning students can change the local backwardness of thought and cultural problems and also inject new vitality to the development of rural economy.They can strengthen the level of human resources in rural areas and promote the economic growth of rural areas. But high start-up costs and business risks often scared them, the root of the problem is the scarcity of entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial atmosphere.So where does the entrepreneurial resource come from for college students who lack of experience?This paper argues that guanxi is the cheapest way to obtain resources and rural student almost choose this way to obtain resources.guanxi affect entrepreneurial intention of college students back at home through resource availability cognitive.This article firstly reviewed the literature of "guanxi", entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial atmosphere and entrepreneurial intention at home and abroad;Secondly define the basic concept, build the relevant variables, and put forward the research hypothesis as well as make data research and analysis according to the research purpose; we using stepwise regression analysis method makes an efficient analysis, the result shows that guanxi have significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention of college students back at home;guanxi have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial resource availability cognitive; Resource availability cognitive play a part of the intermediary role.guanxi affect entrepreneurial intention of college students back at home through resource availability cognitive;Entrepreneurial atmosphere have positive adjustment function between asset resource availability cognitive and entrepreneurial intention of college students back at home. At Last,We put forward some suggestions from the government level,college students themselves level and universities level according to the analysis results.
