The issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" and the employment of college students have always been the focus of society.Rural female college students,as excellent female representatives coming out of the countryside,are urgently needed talent resources in rural revitalization.With the increasingly prominent problem of "urban employment difficulty",rural female college students are becoming a special group of marginalized employment.Therefore,it is a good choice to guide rural female college students to return home and start their own businesses.It is not only conducive to alleviating the employment pressure of rural female college students,but also an effective way to realize the transformation from rural "intellectual outflow" to "intellectual cycle".Rural female college students' willingness to return home and start an undertaking is the best index to predict their return entrepreneurial behavior.Studying the influencing factors of rural female college students' returning home entrepreneurship is helpful to understand the possible factors affecting rural female college students' returning home entrepreneurship,and has a positive significance for promoting rural female college students' returning home entrepreneurship.Based on the previous studies,this paper summarizes the two factors(seven variables)that influence the willingness of rural female college students to return home and start their own businesses,and forms the research model of this paper.This paper establishes and validates the research hypothesis from seven aspects of rural female college students' personal background,comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship,gender role attitude,home entrepreneurship conditions support,family support,university support and national macro-support.In this study,278 rural female college students were selected as the subjects.Data were collected through online questionnaires,and structural equation model(SEM)was used to analyze the influencing factors of 278 rural female college students' willingness to return home and start a business.The theoretical model assumptions were tested and simulated.The results show that there are significant differences in the willingness of rural female college students to return home for entrepreneurship among different personal background factors.Rural female students of agriculture and forestry and rural female students of management have significantly higher willingness to return home and start a business than students of other majors.The higher the education level of rural female college students,the lower their willingness to return home and start a business.The entrepreneurial experience of family members and relatives can significantly affect the willingness of rural female college students to return home and start their own businesses.Social practice experience,education level of innovation and entrepreneurship,home location and family economic situation significantly affect the willingness of rural female college students to return home and start their own businesses.Comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship,gender role attitude,support for entrepreneurship conditions in their hometown,family support,university support and national macro support are positively correlated with female college students' entrepreneurship intention,which can significantly affect their entrepreneurship intention.On the basis of empirical research,this study uses social capital theory,gender role theory and social support theory to cultivate the comprehensive quality of rural female college students' entrepreneurship,change family education concept,strengthen the support of rural entrepreneurship conditions,construct and improve rural entrepreneurship service system,perfect University Entrepreneurship Education system,implement preferential policies for returning home entrepreneurship,and create a good environment.Five aspects of social entrepreneurship climate put forward feasible suggestions to enhance the willingness of rural female college students to return home and start their own businesses.
