National innovation strategy, promoting the development of the "entrepreneurial" economic, becomes a strong driving force for economic development. During the rising entrepreneurial tide,college-students, as one of the groups in the ranks of entrepreneurs, have become more and moreconcerned. With the coming of knowledge economy and the further study of entrepreneurialmanagement, scholars have taken their special growth experience, including their social experience, age structure and knowledge level seriously. However, empirical studies about the factors affectingperformance of the new start-up enterprises by college-students are rare. And the entrepreneurialperformances by college-students will directly affect the future development and the success orfailure of the new enterprises. After interviews and research with questionnaires on the new start-upenterprises by college students in Hangzhou, The authors found that many enterprises face on thesimilar resource endowments, but their business performances are different. Apart from someexternal factors, the author thinks enterprise dynamic capabilities of new start-up enterprises havean important impact on their business performances, and tests the different roles of the variousdimensions of the dynamic capabilities between the entrepreneurial performances andentrepreneurial resources. In this study, based on the Resource-Based View, Entrepreneurial Resources Theory, corporatedynamic capabilities and business performance of entrepreneur corporate, and joint to the reallycharacteristics of new start-up enterprises by college-students, the boundary of entrepreneurialcorporate by college-students, the unique nature and classification of entrepreneurial resources, thecharacteristics of corporate dynamic capabilities and dimensions of entrepreneurial performancesare defined in this paper. And the relationships among entrepreneurial resources by college-students,corporate dynamic capabilities and business performance of entrepreneur corporate are alsoanalyzed. On this basis, we build a conceptual model, advance the proposed hypotheses, anddevelop a questionnaire to verify the hypothesis through interviews, literature search, empiricalanalysis, etc.In this paper, we take the new entrepreneur corporate by college-students in Hangzhou forexample, respectively make surveys about its abundance of corporate resources, corporate dynamiccapabilities and business performance of entrepreneur corporate, and validate the proposedhypothesis using SPSS statistical analysis method .The main conclusions emerging from the studyare as follows:(1) Entrepreneurial resources can be defined into two dimensions: supportive resources and environmental resources. This definition will be essential for distinguishing the resources that isnecessary or supportive. Meanwhile, corporate dynamic capabilities of entrepreneurial corporate bycollege-students are divided into three dimensions: absorption capacity, transformation capacity andinnovation capacity. Entrepreneurial performances are divided into survival performance andgrowth performance. This definition will expanded the general theory of corporate to the field ofentrepreneurial business, and get a high degree support of reliability and validity.(2) Regression analysis with entrepreneurial performances to entrepreneurial resources showsthat: the effects that supportive resources impose on survival performance are more evident thanenvironmental resources, but the effects on growth performance are less evident than environmentalresources. In this paper, these phenomenons are explained with a point of view that entrepreneurialperformances are different in terms of the demand growth of entrepreneurial resources.(3) Regression analysis with corporate dynamic capabilities to entrepreneurial resources showsthat: the effects that supportive sources and environmental resources impose on each dimension ofcorporate dynamic capabilities differ obviously. As for absorption capability, the effects thatsupportive resources impose on absorption capability are greater than environmental resources. Asfor innovation capability, the effects that supportive resources impose on innovation capabilityaren’t more obvious than environmental resources. As for transformation capability, the effects thatenvironmental resources impose on transformation capability are much more obvious thansupportive resources. In this paper, the reasons are explained from an angle that the roles whensupportive resources and environment resources exert influence on the various dimensions aredifferent.(4) The analysis of intermediary role with corporate dynamic capabilities shows that: not alldimensions of corporate dynamic capabilities between the different dimensions of resources andperformances play an intermediary role. This presents a more complex mechanism, and hasdeviations with the pre-assumptions. In this paper, we think it is the research tools, operatingprocesses, and theoretical deviation that cause this deviation. The main conclusions of this study are based on empirical analysis, which has importantreference values for the beginning of entrepreneurial corporate by college-students, especially forthe selection, building, integration, transformation of entrepreneurial resources and the cultivationof the corporate dynamic capabilities. Meanwhile, this study is effective for helping the localgovernment introduce policies to support entrepreneurial college-students.
