Today,entrepreneurial economy is becoming the new power and new form of economic growth.Under the new situation of the current “The mass innovation,entrepreneurship”,state and local government introduced a series of policies to encourage and support college students to start a business.How college students understand these policies? How do students feel about entrepreneurship education in the school? How do the college student feel about the society entrepreneurship environment? How are the college students' cognition,attitudes and tendencies to entrepreneurship environment? What do the college students expect the state,society and schools to do for their entrepreneurship?Around this series of problems,this study combs the literature of college students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship environment,designs a questionnaire and conducts a research of college students.Through data analysis,this paper tries to understand the current situation,find the problems,find the reasons for problems and put forward the relevant policies recommendation,in order to carry out entrepreneurship education for college students,then continuously improve and optimize the environment of college students' entrepreneurship policies,and create a college student entrepreneurship atmosphere and ignite the enthusiasm of college students,and guide students to start business activities.Based on the cognition theory,this paper holds that the cognition affects the behavior.Therefore,this paper focus on the relationship between the students' cognition of entrepreneurship environment and their attitude and intention to entrepreneurship.In this paper,some methods are used,like descriptive statistics,mean analysis,one-way analysis of variance(one-way ANOVA),multivariate analysis of variance(multivariate ANOVA),hierarchical linear analysis and so on.Based on positive analysis,this paper considers that different growth background effects the students' cognition,attitude and intention to entrepreneurship.Besides,The study finds that the more college students have access to business of all kinds of environment,the lower the satisfaction of the entrepreneurship environment.More,college students' cognition of the entrepreneurial environment is positively related to entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention,but the related degree is different.Relatively speaking,the degree of the college students' cognition of the social environment,the college environment is bigger than others.The introduced factor that college students cognitive of entrepreneurial success becomes the biggest factor of allthe factors which affect the college students' entrepreneurial attitude and intention.How to guide students to start their entrepreneurship positively? To understand the influence of college students' background differences on entrepreneurial attitude and their evaluation of the series of policies is significant important for developing the entrepreneurship education effectively and constantly improve the policy environment of entrepreneurship.Through data analysis,firstly,this paper tries to explore the differences of entrepreneurial attitude among college students with different personality characteristics,family and social background and the influence factors.And secondly,this paper tries to explore the evaluation of college students for the policies that the national and local governments have issued.And thirdly,this paper tries to explore the relationship between the college students' cognition and the attitude and intention to entrepreneurship environment.As a result,this paper provides a reference for the state,society and schools to develop the entrepreneurship education and optimize the policy environment of college students.
