Job satisfaction directly determines the quality and efficiency of work, and has an important impact on the survival and development to enterprises. If employees are satisfied with their jobs, they will be willing to pay more efforts for the development and bring better economic benefits to the enterprise. If the employee is not satisfied with their job, they will work in a negative attitude and their enthusiasm and creativity will greatly discount, then production efficiency of the enterprise will be directly affected. Therefore, the study of employee job satisfaction has important practical significance to the development of enterprises.This article uses the literature analysis, the actual investigation, the questionnaire analysis and the statistical analysis to investigate and research the employee job satisfaction of HC Company. Then we analyzed the data of the 8 factors that affect the employee job satisfaction of HC company. The main factors influencing the job satisfaction of employees are salary and benefits, career training, job content, working time, promotion mechanism, working environment, colleague relations and development confidence. According to analyze the scores of each dimension, the problems that affect the job satisfaction of HC Company are put forward. The main problems are low pay and benefits, lack of staff training opportunity, long-time working, unfair promotion mechanism and lack of development confidence. The main reasons caused low employee job satisfaction are: firstly, the company system construction is not complete, the policy implementation is not in place; secondly, labor cost is limited and the employee’s incentive effect is not good; thirdly, the management concept is obsolete and the employees’ psychological management is ignored. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the job satisfaction of HC Company employees. The measures include five points: the first point is optimize the salary and benefit system and strengthen the performance management; the second point is increase staff training opportunities and create a diversified training channel; the third point is strengthen psychological intervention and enhance their development confidence; the forth point is improve the vacation system andensure the working hours reasonable; the fifth point is establish a fair promotion mechanism and provide career development platform for employees. We hope these suggestions can provide some useful references to HC Company to improve their employee job satisfaction.
