Thanks to the restrictions of traditional administration mechanism and system, much problem and shortcoming exists in H&R management of large-scale state-owned enterprises, especially in salary system, stimulation mechanism and H&R selection system, which has influenced and restricted the development of state-owned enterprise. Shengli Geologging Company is the subordinate company of a state-owned enterprise, Shengli oil field. In process of about by-past 20 years'development, in the same way, there is also much problem in H&R development and management.This article is willing to discovery some H&R management countermeasure and new thought way to solve partly the problem and shortcoming on the basis of the meticulous and in-depth investigation to the H&R status and deeply analysis. |
