With the rapid development of the economy and society,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense.As the most important resources of the enterprise,human resources can ensure the realization of enterprise strategic objectives and have become the key to the success of the enterprise in the market competition.In the establishment of the human resources system,the establishment of a good manager's incentive mechanism for human resources has become a new stage and new direction for the strategic development of the enterprise.Whether a company can design a complete and scientific manager's incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and enhance their competitive advantage is the key element that affects the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Firstly,this dissertation expounds the related concepts of managers and incentive mechanism,selects classical incentive theories and viewpoints,and makes a brief exposition,which lays a theoretical foundation for expanding the research and writing ideas of this dissertation.Secondly,this dissertation analyzes the current situation of manager's incentive mechanism in BFCD Company,including the general situation of the company,the composition and characteristics of management personnel,and the current measures and methods of incentive.Thirdly,this dissertation establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of managerial staff satisfaction on manager's incentive mechanism of BFCD Company using expert investigation weight method and determines the weight of each index.It investigates the managerial motivation satisfaction through questionnaire survey method,evaluates the managerial motivation satisfaction of BFCD Company comprehensively and systematically with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It collects all this relevant data and has a systematically analysis on the satisfaction of different type of manager's incentive mechanisms.Finally,this dissertation systematically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the manager's incentive mechanism in BFCD Company,and the causes of the problems.Based on the results of the investigation and relevant theories,this dissertation puts forward some measures to optimize the satisfaction of manager's incentive mechanism,aiming to provide reference for enterprises to further improve the satisfaction and improve their incentive mechanism in the actual management process.
