Abstract/Summary:
Employee satisfaction is an important part of the company to attract talents and improve competitiveness,and it is essential for innovation and development,and it is the foundation of the company to survive.Especially for the families of the labor-intensive enterprises,it is particularly important to study employee satisfaction and perfect the management of employee satisfaction.Hengtai company workshop frontline staff turnover rate is higher,reflecting the company management of the frontline staff there is a big problem.In this paper,on the basis of the related theory of the existing research results,adopt the method of questionnaire and interview,a line of hengtai company employee satisfaction situation were investigated.First of all,through interviews to determine influence employee job satisfaction is related to various factors,questionnaire investigation,and analysis the results of the survey;Secondly,from the gender,age,working years,education,marital status,etc analysis of differences between employees;Again,the result of the survey reflects the working environment,working content,interpersonal relationship,c&b,leadership style,management system of the six degree of satisfaction low analysis;Finally,put forward the corresponding solving measures for hengtai companies provide reference in frontline employee satisfaction,so as to improve enterprise efficiency,to similar enterprise operators have provided the certain theory reference.
