Study On Business Integration Based On Shared Service Platform Of A Group

With the trend of economic globalization, large groups have been expanding at home and abroad. The rising cost and the weakening control of the group have become an urgent question when a group have too many molecular companies. The emergence of shared services seems to be the solution of the problem faced by the group enterprises. Therefore, shared service has become the focus of the current study. A group, as a large construction enterprise, is also facing the cost and control problems with its own continuous development and expansion. A group is trying to change the current problems by improving its pilot business:reimbursement business, procurement business, and recruitment business.This research aimed at the problems faced by A group and based on shared service theory and integrated theory. This research focused on the three pilot business. These three business are the most concerned by the group. This research conducted a survey of these three businesses and analyzed the business status. After the status analysis, this research reconstructed the business flow under the shared service model. After that, we studied business integration from two perspectives. The one was business integration within shared service platform. The other was the business integration of shared service platform and external business system. This research carried out the demand analysis based on the two kinds of business integration above. This paper designed the business integration scheme of the shared service platform based on the demand analysis. Through the business integration rules, a variety of business can be integrated and accommodated in the shared service platform. The research also designed the business integration of sharing service platform with external system. Through the design of the scheme, the shared service mode business can completely replace the original service. In the end of the research, Arena was used to carry out the simulation test. The experimental results show that the integrated business process can reduce the cost and improve the efficiency.By analyzing and combing the business process of the shared service platform, this research constructs the rule mechanism of the sharing service platform which can accommodate multi service. The integration relationship between the shared service platform and the external service system is also constructed. Through this research, we can provide help for the design and implementation of shared services platform. This research can also help solve the problems facing by A group. With the expansion of the role of shared services platform, it will become the basis data center for A group. And it will do much more help for the development of A group.
