With the rapid development of scientific information technology,in the process of economic globalization,enterprises in order to improve market competitiveness,improve efficiency and save costs,through the use of business process optimization,information construction,shared service models,etc.as an effective means of response.Based on the successful implementation of the SAP system and the establishment of the financial shared service center,BG China has expanded the existing service center of the shared service center,increased the sales and customer service business,and expanded the business scope without realizing the expected goals and benefits.Process changes have led to a series of problems such as reduced work efficiency and reduced customer satisfaction.Therefore,BG has established a business process optimization project team,which proposes the goal of standardization,unification,efficiency improvement,cost saving and customer satisfaction.This paper analyzes and provides solutions to the above problems from the three aspects of business process optimization,shared service center and SAP system.First,the article studies the research literature and theory of the two parts of business process optimization and shared service centers.The Business Process Optimization section introduces the concepts of business process and business process optimization,and focuses on the principles and related methods of business process optimization.The Shared Services Center section examines its definition,meaning and operational model,and the path to establishing a shared service center.Secondly,this paper takes BG as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of BG company,the implementation of SAP system and the construction of shared service center.Through the analysis of the data of the operation and maintenance service system,the specific problems encountered after the shared service center expands the sales and customer service business are listed.Finally,BG established an optimization project team based on business objectives and following the principles and methods of business process optimization.The project team used the ESIA method,brainstorming method and causal analysis method to analyze the six core processes of the sales business commodity contract creation process and the contract review process,and found out that the process steps in the process were too numerous and cumbersome.Ineffective communication,complicated process operation,lack of human support,lack of system support,lack of master data management information,etc.,proposed a business process optimization program,and implemented and implemented the solution in the SAP system.Through the analysis of the application research results of BG,it can be concluded that the optimized business process plan solves the problems encountered by the enterprise in the original business process,improves efficiency and saves costs.Based on the research of business process optimization and shared service center theory,this paper studies the application of business process optimization in shared service center based on the actual situation of BG.The optimized solution is solidified and profitable in the SAP system,which provides corresponding principles and specific solutions for BG's subsequent continuous business process optimization.The Shared Services Center not only provides financial business sharing services,but also provides other business sharing.The practice of BG's shared service center to expand sales and customer service business provides an important case reference for other companies to establish similar shared services based on the financial sharing center.This paper combines business process optimization with the research results of the shared service center business in the field of bulk commodity oil and oil trade.
