In recent years,driven by the leapfrog development of information technology,the mode of financial shared has been gradually recognized.As a new financial management mode under the financial transformation,the financial shared center brings financial operation together intelligently to reduce financial operational risk through standardization and intensive management of internal business process.Its business process optimization aims at solving process problems by financial shared center's operation,so as to improving the standardization of process and strengthening the management and control of capital,risk and operation,which is beneficial for the enterprise group to control the direction in business development and reducing the overall risk of the enterprise group.In order to exploring the process of the business process optimization of financial shared center,and the benefits of financial shared center and enterprise group,the author will use investigation method,literature review method and case study method as the main study methods.At first,the author gathers the present study results at home and abroad about enterprise group management and control and financial shared,the problems and countermeasure of financial shared center and business process optimization of financial shared center and clears them up.Then the theory of financial shared service,the theory of reengineering and the theory of competition advantages are introduced to pave the way for next parts.Next,the author choices H Company's financial shared center as case study object,which is a provincial branch of a telecommunication company in China,to research on business process optimization of financial shared center based on-the-spot full investigation.Since the financial shared center of H Company was established in 2010,undergoing many changes,it formed the upgrade routes from ‘centralized accounting' to ‘integration of business and finance' then to ‘smart finance',and completed the transformation from ‘establishing standardized financial information system' to ‘improving the qualities of service and risk control',and then gradually moving towards the stages of ‘intelligent financial shared service of intensiving and sharing'.This thesis are mainly research on the business process optimization from‘centralized accounting' to ‘integration of business and finance'.In some important business process of financial shared center of H Company,the following problems have found,for example,revenue business subsystem has not centralized,integration of engineering business and finance has needed to be improved.Besides,lacked of integration of assets business and finance,insufficient management and control for cost,and weak degree of specification of reporting have appeared to lead to H Company unable to achieve in-depth integrate of business and finance,and has insufficient control of the business and its subordinate operate units,thus increased the capital and operation risk of whole company.Therefore,for the above problems,H Company's financial shared center has accomplished business process optimization.Through business process optimizating,the financial shared center is promoted revenue business process to associated with each other,implements the integrated accounting of engineering business and finance,capital business and finance,strengthen cost and expense control and management and standardize reporting business to achieve the goal of reducing risk and improving competitiveness.The main innovation of this paper is reflected in the research on the financial shared center of H Company,which has a relatively completed business process.It has a strong referential significance for the financial shared center of most enterprises in China,which are still in initial stage and intending to do business process optimization.This paper draws the following conclusions through research.First,business process optimization can promote the integration of business and finance.Second,business process optimization can enhance management and control.Third,financial shared center canimprove the quality of service.The following perspectives are proposed for H Company's financial shared center.First,it should strengthen the business process optimization,and realize process intelligentce.Second,it should strengthen the business data mining,and improve the ability of data management.Third,it should improve risk management,and highlight benefits of management and control.
