BPR(business process reengineer)is recognized as one of the most effective ways for improve company management efficiency,business performance and enhance core competitiveness.From the perspective of system optimization,it is customer-oriented and making fundamental thought for restructuring company business process and improvement of many aspects including cost,quality,service and speed,in order to adapt modern business environment featuring customer,competition and changes.It will conduct optimisation and revolution to change thoughts and methods by importing new process.It often can make the company get surprisingly efficiency improvement.BPR is not a new topic during the company revolution and improvement,which is also very critical for company strategy success.According to statistics,the rate of success of BPR implementation is not high,because:(1)tool application is not perfect;(2)the recognition of project environment is deviated;(3)the quality of personnel and response for revolution are insufficient.The thesis emphasises on the real cases of BPR under the adjustment for organisational structure of communication company and changes for productive relations and enterprise resources planning.It summarises the features of BPR on manufacture in the company including theories,implementation process,etc.The thesis discuss the basic BPR theories,and analyses the specific problems for production of communication company and reasonable implementation situation,and summarises and compares the performance after process reengineering.It also makes the researches the problems for new process and keeps constant improvement,meanwhile,it concludes ideas of BPR for companies in China on the basis of analysis and research.
