As the pressure increases the competitiveness of the SME market, S company faced with shorter delivery under the premise of quality assurance pressure to increase productivity and improve customer satisfaction The rational and efficient operation of the production process is the key to all shorten delivery time, therefore, there is an urgent need for S Company of process reengineering.By analyzing the processes operational issues of S Company, the poor workflow process execution of procurement processes and project management processes led to delay in delivery, thereby affecting customer relationships. By the use of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) theoryand a detailed analysis the various activities of the company’s processes, discover inefficient activities in the process, and identify opportunities for recycling point. On this basis, devised a new process and organization structure for the company. The results show that the new designed process can achieve the company’s purposes to shorten delivery under the guarantee of production quality.The study not only has a very important significance for shorten delivery time of S Company and enhancing its competitiveness, but also has a strong reference for BPR of China’s relevant enterprise. |
