The cross-border electronic commerce(“e-commerce”) of China has been developing by leaps and bounds in recent years. This article analyzes the various problems currently existed in China’s cross-border e-commerce sector, by summarizing the features of existing patterns for cross-border e-commerce, and by learning consumers’ consumption situation, demand, degree of satisfaction, expectation, etc., through dispatching self-designed questionnaire. This problems are include uncertainty of the future policies, contradiction between the sector and existing laws, difficulty in safeguarding consumer’s rights and interests, and extreme shortage of talents in this area.Based on the above-mentioned background, this article further analyzes the future development trend of China’s cross-border e-commerce. To sum up, further improved policy- and legislation-making is necessary on the governmental level; on the enterprise level, control on the supply chain needs to be strengthened to increase the competitiveness of China’s cross-border e-commerce in both foreign and domestic markets. Meanwhile, it is suggested to increase research on the consumers’ demand so as to find out the right orientation of company in gradual segmented markets. It is also proposed to pay more attention on the personnel training, for an adequate preparation of talent reserve for a long-run development of China’s cross-border e-commerce.
