Cross-Border e-Commerce is a new mode of International Trade.It has gradually become a hot topic in recent years and has received wide attention and participation.In government,many policies of Cross-Border e-Commerce have instituted.In E-commerce,Alibaba and Amazon have been fully deployed.In mass entrepreneurship and innovation,emerging patterns also occupy share of Cross-Border e-Commerce.In the traditional supply chain and logistics,express enterprise such as SF,YTO use their advantages extended to both procurement and channels of Supply chain.In social environment,the cash influx and media hype also made inspirational entrepreneurial story of Cross-Border e-Commerce every day.However,reality is not as beautiful as the story.In the cash influx and Internet plus,there are new appearance and a lot of people had to exit.There have a lot to do to promote the Cross-Border e-Commerce develop faster and better.Continuous improvement and research is needed on policy,mode of trade,customs declaration,inspection and quarantine,foreign exchange management.In trade mode,it is an innovation of the traditional international trade system.The E-commerce broke through time and space,So that consumers can easily buy goods from other countries.Supply chain management of Cross-Border e-Commerce covers the procurement,logistics,sales,reverse logistics and other content.Therefore,the organization form of supply chain determines the characteristics of Cross-Border e-Commerce.There are two types of enterprises engaged in Cross-Border e-Commerce.Firstly is the International logistics or international trade enterprises,they use lower business transformation costs into the Cross-Border e-Commerce.Secondly,Internet and e-commerce enterprises use their internet platform to create a suitable supply chain management model.The advantage of this model is not constrained by the traditional model and can use the updated theory and method to build the most suitable model.But on the other hand,with no historical constraints,the supply chain management is easy to take some detours.X company is engaged in traditional international trade and international logistics business for more than and 10 years.The combination of Internet technology companies promoted the transition to become an Internet platform.To provide customers with international procurement,international logistics,O2 O distribution services.Obviously,X company do not have the strength of Alibaba,Amazon in purchasing,sales,capital,platforms,etc and also does not have the great advantage of SF,YTO in logistics.Therefore,X enterprises must analyze strengths and weaknesses,in procurement,logistics and sales to find their own position,the construction of differentiated supply chain management model.In this paper,the research on Supply chain model of B2 B,B2C and C2 C analyze the main features and key elements of each model.Combined with the analysis of X enterprises,this paper puts forward the PCC management mode of X,which is suitable for supplier supply chain management of Cross-Border e-Commerce.Research on operation strategy and implementation measures of PCC mode,established the sustainable development model of X company.Also,it enhanced the platform aggregation effect and core competitiveness of enterprises and customer satisfaction. |
