Research On The Development And Measures Of Cross-border E-commerce Industry Chain

In recent years,the cross-border e-commerce industry develops rapidly in China and has grown into an important force driving the development of China’s foreign trade.The developmental level of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Hangzhou,which is the capital of e-commerce,takes the leading position in China.Since Hangzhou became China’s first cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area in 2015,the development of Hangzhou’s cross-border e-commerce industry has attracted much attention of the society.As Hangzhou Trans Trade Town is established on the base of China(Hangzhou)Cross-border E-commerce Business Park,which is the first cross-border e-commerce business park in China,its development is of important significance as a pilot area and model in the aspects of policy support and industry cluster.This paper analyzes and discusses the development and solutions of China’s cross-border e-commerce industry from the perspective of industry chain and holds the view that the participants of cross-border e-commerce industry chain can be divided into four categories,namely:cross-border e-commerce foreign trade enterprises,cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises,cross-border e-commerce logistics enterprises and third-party cross-border service enterprises.This paper first analyzes the focuses and weakness of the four categories of participants and then expounds the current development situation of international cross-border e-commerce,summarizes overseas experience and points out what China can learn from the experience.As the development of cross-border e-commerce business parks must base on China’s national conditions,this paper analyzes the development stage and current development situation of China’s cross-border e-commerce industry and summarizes the advantages and current situation of the development of cross-border e-commerce in Hangzhou,which is the capital of e-commerce in China.Finally,this paper takes Hangzhou Trans Trade Town as the study object to conduct case study,tries to extract experience in the development of cross-border e-commerce industry chain from the case study that can be popularized and puts forward suggestions on the development of China’s cross-border e-commerce business parks.
