The Development Of Cross-border Import E-commerce In China Under The Perspective Of Cross-border Supply Chain

With the upgrading of China's consumption structure,the development of Internet technology and the impact of the advantaged policies,cross-border e-commerce is booming.Among them,the cross-border import e-commerce shows strong momentum,but because of its late start,all aspects of the mechanism are not mature enough.In view of this,this article takes China's cross-border import e-commerce industry as the research object,and on the basis of analyzing its development status and development environment,it makes a prediction on the future development trend of China,s cross-border import e-commerce industry.At the same time,the core competitiveness of cross-border supply chain,called "lifeline",is the most essential factor of cross-border e-commerce.Therefore,this paper studies from the perspective of cross-border supply chain.Firstly,through eollecting related references,the current status of eross-border import e-commerce,operational models,core issues of cross-border supply chain,and PEST analysis were systematically sorted out,clarifying the research direction,and simultaneously addressing the cross-border supply chain.Second,the development of China's cross-border import e-commerce is analyzed in terms of the scale of cross-border import transactions,cross-border import and export structure,cross-border import platform operation model,cross-border online purchase of commodity categories,and regional distribution of cross-border online shopping users.Third,the paper further analyzes the macro and micro aspects of China's cross-border import e-commerce development environment.Fourth,based on the above analysis,we will further study the current problems and the developmenting trend of China's imports of cross-border e-commerce.From the perspective of cross-border supply chain analysis,this paper uses the five-force model as the main research model.Therefore,the core components of the mid-and-downstream cross-border supply chain and the cross-border supply chain will be combined at the same time in the five-force model.Sources of strength as the main research direction to analyze the industry's future development trends,specifically including upstream suppliers of cross-border supply chain,midstream,midstream e-commerce platforms,downstream consumers and alternatives,and warehouse logistics.Fifth,from the perspective of enterprises and the govenument,we propose the development coxuntermeasures.The proposal from the perspective of the enterprise centered on the typical case of Koala Global,and summarized the corresponding development strategy by studying the business activities implemented by it;the government's perspective mainly from the policy Regulations,hardware and software facilities,and tapping the potential advantages of the“Belt and Road,initiative.Sixth,pointing out the conclusions and research of this article.
