The transformation of enterprises is imperative.In the “Internet +” era,different industries have successively showed the tendency from offline to online development.The traditional logistics industry is not an exception here.“Internet+ logistics” has become a new development pattern,and will become the primary pattern of the future logistics industry.At present,over one hundred enterprises are specialized in the logistics transportation to Russia.The flourishing development of Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce has brought business opportunities to Chinese and Russian logistics enterprises and exaggerated the competition among these enterprises.Under the overall environment,transformation means survival,innovation and flourishment,and rapidly implementing the transformation and innovation of enterprises becomes the way of survival.As a logistics enterprise,YH Group is also confronted with opportunities and challenges brought by the transformation of Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce under this background.The transformation of YH Logistics Group towards cross-border e-commerce is taken as the object of research in this paper.Based on the analysis of main questions underlying in the development of Chinese cross-border e-commerce industrial chain and Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce,the internal and external factors,and the environment confronting YH Group in the development of cross-border e-commerce are further analyzed.The commercial pattern of developing cross-border e-commerce is proposed for YH Group.In the end,the following conclusions are reached in this paper:(1)In the development of Sino-Russian e-commerce,YH Group is confronted with satisfying policy environment but intercrossed economic environment,which can be mainly attributed to the stagnated economic development and constant fluctuations of the exchange rate in Russia.Under the influence of the economic development,the consumption level of Russian residents also declines to a certain extent;internally speaking,YH Group enjoys superiorities in business and commercial resource,but simultaneously,it is also confronted with the deficiency of talents who are specialized in e-commerce.(2)YH Group’sbusiness and service in the transformation of e-commerce are mainly focused on both sides and the intermediate part of the commercial chain.Chinese manufacturers,suppliers of raw materials,Russian retailers and consumers are connected in the head and terminal of the commercial chain.Hence,order and financing service is mainly provided to Chinese retailers and suppliers of raw materials,and procurement and consumer financing service is mainly provided to the Russian end.Customs clearance of export and import,cross-border warehouse,distribution and delivery,as well as goods pledge in transit,scheduling of customs clearance of Russian logistics,and cross-border distribution are mainly included in the intermediate link.(3)The main profit model of YH Group includes three modules,which are finance,logistics and distribution.YH Group’s main business includes financing,customs clearance logistics,order distribution and O2 O retail business.Hence,YH Group’s profit mainly comes from three aspects,which are commission of distribution and logistics,and financial service charge.(4)The cross-border e-commerce platform that YH Group is currently developing and constructing is OPTK,which is a typical cross-border B2 B e-commerce platform.By virtue of OPTK platform,YH Group links up domestic manufacturers with e-commerce and local retailers in Russia. |
