Research On The Obstructive Factors Of Promotion The Green Building Operation Labelling And Countermeasures

Promoting the development of green building in our country plays an important role in enhancing the level of our country construction energy conservation and emissions reduction, and accelerating the construction of new type of urbanization in our country. But at this stage, there are many problems exiting in the process of China’s green building promotion, such as relative imperfect related policy system, lack of green building operation management. At the same time, green buildings in our country mostly are just applied for design labelling but not applied operation labelling. It is very necessary to summarize the current situation of green building assessment identifier in our country, identify the key obstacles factors encountered in the process of promoting green buildings and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This article obtains from the summarizing the relevant references, and then the connotation of the green building and sustainable development theory, and the theory of whole life period are summarized;Using the method of literature and expert interview, combined with China’s green building assessment identifies the status quo, found 24 obstructive factors; Through questionnaire investigation and factor analysis, find the most important obstructive factors and sum up to four key factors: government management, enterprise management, market demand and technical ability; Finally combining with the characteristics of green building development in China and background, puts forward some countermeasures to cope with the four key factors. This article hopes through the study of the green building operation labelling factors, can provide reference to promote green building operations management in our country, and promote the development of green building in China.
