Study On The Restriction Factors And Development Path Of Green Building Industry

The sustained and rapid development of construction industry in China under the background of the problem of deterioration of the environment,waste of resources,energy depletion,personnel shortages have become increasingly prominent,has been a serious threat to the life and the human survival of offspring.And the continuous improvement of the quality of life of modern people,their living and working in the building requirements of the level is more and more refined.Therefore,today’s building products should consider not only the pursuit of development speed,but also pay more attention to the construction of green products,quality,energy saving,environmental protection and other aspects of the request,and the implementation of the green building industry is an important means of building product innovation.Green building can ensure the green,environmental protection and quality requirements of building products;at the same time the construction industry production mode and can show the scale advantages,greatly reduces the construction cost,greatly shorten the construction period,to ensure high quality,high-quality building products pursuit,operation and management and information technology to the late.Therefore,today,only to promote the development of green building industry,in order to make the construction industry really embark on the road of healthy science and sustainable development.In this paper,through the analysis of the development of the green building industry,to find out the factors hindering the development of green building industry,and use the ISM model to explain the structure analysis of restricting factors will restrict factors stratification,separation layer,middle layer and basic layer direct factors,at the same time to identify the causal relationship between the layers,draw causal diagram.Then use the AHP analytic hierarchy process to establish the hierarchy model and construct the judgment matrix.To further analyze the factors of each layer of the comprehensive importance,determine the factors of the development of the green building of the weight of the weight of the constraints,to identify themain constraints.Finally,combined with the content and conclusions of the previous analysis,the corresponding improvement measures and strategies are put forward.
