| Through the reformation and innovation as the driving force,the final goal of green transformation is to achieve coordination and interaction among the economics,society environment and resources,inclusion and harmonious of society,and improvement of the image and international competitiveness.With the help of the understanding the economics activity and environment,through analyzing the influence of coordinated development of economics,environment and resources on the green transformation,and then raising the targeted policy and management to guide and support transform from the economic development to harmonious,green direction.This paper study the green transformation of 35 regional center city by using the data in 2008-2014,the content include three aspects: Firstly,to measure the efficiency of green transformation by using super-SBM of Data Envelopment analysis,the input indicators are labor,assets,electricity consumption of the whole society,built area,GDP and industry “three waste” as output indicator,to calculate the efficiency of green transformation.Secondly,selecting the index not limited in economics,resource,environment to conduct the factor analysis to descend dimension to get the common factors and calculate the score of each common factor.By using the factor score as independent variable,the efficiency of green transformation as dependent variable,using linear regression to find the contribution rate on the green transformation.Finally,based on the factor score and coordinate degree calculation formula to calculate the relative coordination degree and whole system coordination degree,to find the influence on the green transformation.The empirical results find that the city which has high green transformation efficiency has high economics speed and strict environment protection,the efficiency highly volatile with time and the average trend had ups and downs.There are some difference between different city,the maximum is 4 times of the minimum.Secondly,by conducting the cluster analysis,it find that 35 regional center cities can be divided into three level: the first level consists of Beijing,Changsha and southern coastal cities,the cities of second level are the provincial capital,although the speed of economic is high,the environment is more and more severe,the cities of third level is the Midwest cities which relied on the extensive growth,followed `serious environment pollution.When conducting the panel data factor analysis,because of the high correlation among index,the result of the descending dimension consists of 5 common factors.Through the regression,it find that the only three factor pass the significance test: resource construction,environmental healthy and capital commitment.Finally,based on the system coordinate and relative coordinate degree as independent variables to conduct the linear regression,it find that the contribution of system coordinated degree on the efficiency is 1.67,which is higher than the individual factor contribution on the efficiency value,so the method of improving the coordinated degree is more effective than individual factor. |
