Research On The Security Supply Model And Its Influencing Factors Of Beef In Jilin Province

Jilin province is the main producing areas of grain in China. Jilin Province has its abundant forage resources and suitable geographical environment. These advantages provide the basis of the developing for the development of cattle industry in Jilin Province. Jilin province is the advantage areas of beef industry in China. As the latest statistics in 2012, it’s at the end of the year the amount of livestock on hand rows in the fifth in the country. At the end of the year the amount of livestock on hand has 4314000 head. Because the living standards of residents become better and better, the demand of beef become more and more. However, unsafely incidents of beef occur frequently, a lot of beef consumers pay more attention to the quality of beef. Therefore, it is important to research on the security supply model and its influencing factors of beef in Jilin Province.This paper descripted mainly about the classification of beef industry and the problems in Jilin province. These problems are the less of high quality cattle and cows, the lower of industrialization’s degree and so on. This article is mainly based on a large number of survey data. It used the comprehensive evaluation of the security supply pattern of Jilin Province. Application of two element Logistic econometric model to analyze the influencing factors empirical analysis and conclusion.Based on the above analysis, we can obtain the below conclusions: the beef of security supply model provide more quality and safety of the beef in Jilin Province. The supply model is "farmers + cooperation organization + enterprise + supermarket / professional store".Through the analysis we should know the farmers of the cattle who is the major participants of the security supply model. The research based on the willingness to participate cooperation organization of the cattle farmers. This paper analysis the security supply model and its influencing factors of beef in Jilin Province. Based on the above analysis, put forward some policy to ensure the sustainable healthy development of beef in Jilin Province.
