With the continuous improvement of the national economy level,the consumption concept has also changed.From the original solution of food and clothing to the healthy diet now,changing the single consumption structure,gradually diversified,nutritive and rationalized.As the third largest consumer meat product in the world,the nutritional value of beef has been recognized by more and more people.In recent years,the beef consumption level of the international beef industry has been rising,and the support for domestic animal husbandry is also increasing.This is the best opportunity to develop beef industry.Jilin city has convenient transportation,good geographical advantage and rich crop resources,which provides a good material base for the development of beef cattle industry.The main purpose of this paper is to provide scientific basis for the development of beef cattle industry in Jilin,to improve the quality and safety of beef market,and to better understand the consumer demand for beef cattle related enterprises,and adjust the development program.This article through reading related literature,a large number of domestic and foreign beef industry,collected relevant literature,and carry out research and analysis;and in Jilin city since 2012 to 2016,the beef cattle industry in the system of farming scale,breeding mode,degree of organization,circulation,slaughter and processing of the development status of the system review and analysis;questionnaire design of consumers on the beef quality safety cognition random survey,obtain the true and reliable consumer data;finally,using SPSS 18.0 statistical software,analysis of Jilin city consumers of beef quality and safety awareness to carry out descriptive statistics,analysis results,Jilin city of quality and safety of consumer awareness is high,but the low level of food quality and safety awareness the traceability system,and understand the beef grading rate is low,the strong demand for high quality beef.Present situation and development of beef cattle industry in Jilin city comprehensive consumers on beef quality and safety awareness questionnaire summarizes the adverse factors there are six main problems in the development process of Jilin city in the beef industry and restrict the development of the number are the number of beef cattle herds and cows serious decline,lack of development funds,feed configuration is not reasonable,traceability system the construction is not complete,lack of beef cattle breeding and slaughtering and processing enterprises,the lack of brand and other issues;and puts forward relevant countermeasures,namely the stability of existing cattle,breeding popularization of science and technology as well as the increase of breeding work and other measures to expand the number of beef cattle;through the investment of government and the community channel the financing methods to increase funding support of beef cattle industry;optimize diets of beef cattle farms,large-scale implementation of TMR support Transgenic technology,small scale farms looking for alternative crops,coarse grain comprehensive implementation of microbial fermentation feeds and other measures to increase the utilization rate of feed;accelerate the food traceability system,Jilin city food safety escort;the function of the government to increase efforts to support leading enterprises,build local brand,promote the sustainable development of beef cattle the health industry in Jilin city.
