With the emergence of global development and global manufacturing, supply chain issue is becoming more and more attention, which has become a new management mode. As for power equipment manufacturing enterprise, the traditional management mode should be integrated to supply chain management mode from traditional management mode. The performance evaluation of power equipment manufacturing enterprise can support various analysis and decision-making activities in supply chain management, which is advantageous to the establishment of supply chain operation model. It can be Helpful to understand the running status of supply chain, the problems and the trends. It is the necessary tools to market analysis, management decisions.This paper has analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign research of the power equipment manufacturing enterprises management, supply chain performance evaluation and electric power industry performance evaluation systematically. It has analyzed the product classification, the industry characteristics, business process, difficulties and countermeasures of power equipment manufacturing enterprises. Then it has generalized the basic theory of supply chain from the viewpoints of concept, characteristics and types and summarized the relevant theories of supply chain management from concept, goal, content and characteristics. In addition, it has separately analyzed the concept, content and method of performance evaluation. In this paper, it has built a set of supply chain performance evaluation system which is applicable to electric power equipment manufacturing enterprises based on the improved model of the Balance Score Card. It has increased the collaborative dimension on the basis of the financial dimension, the customer dimension, the operation dimension and the development dimension which has increased the considerations of whole supply chain and supply chain collaborative between internal reasons. On the basis of numerous comprehensive evaluation methods, the combination evaluation model of AHP-fuzzy-grey comprehensive evaluation model was built for power equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain performance evaluation. Finally, a power equipment manufacturing enterprise in China has carried on the empirical research, which has verified the validity, applicability, scientific of system and model. Through the comprehensive evaluation, it can be found that the final supply chain performance level of electric power equipment manufacturing enterprise is "good". Among them, the financial dimension, the customer dimension, the operation dimensions of the evaluation results are "good", the result of the development dimension evaluation is "excellent".Innovation of this article is mainly reflectted in the following two points. First of all, according to the characteristics of power equipment manufacturing enterprises, mis paper combines supply chain management and performance evaluation from the perspective of supply chain management. The study is more targeted. In addition, this paper improved the original of the balanced scorecard model, when constructing the performance evaluation of supply chain system and setting up the evaluation model. It can reflects the advantages and disadvantages of power equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain management, which has certain promotion and practical application value.
