The Research On Developing Strategy Of Epneumatic Technology Company

With the development of machinery industry, pneumatic technology gets used widely. At the same time, with the increasing of pneumatic market, more and more international pneumatic companys enter Chinese market including some pneumatic components made companys and compete with the domestic companys. The pneumatic industry gets developed and the competition gets competitive. E company is a manufacturer which designs, produces and sells pneumatic components and pneumatic system. Since starting in 1986, E company has passed 30 years and its products use in different fields of Chinese industry and make contributions for China modernization.On the basis of the theory of competitive strategy, this paper analyzes the external environment and internal environment of the company using the PEST analysis and five force analysis.By analyzing the internal environment, the paper find the core resource and the problems in the developing process. Considering the external environment and internal environment and SWOT analysis, this paper makes the developing strategy and competition strategy. To make it successful, this paper puts forward some safeguard measures.This paper thinks E company should innovate comprehensively and conduct market strategy which basis is differentiation and selects specialization. E company should improve its technology professional service supplier image and adjust the product structure which conclude the creative and professional product, standard product and differentiate product. E company should restructure team, recruit external professional, culture marketing concept, adjust incentive mechanism and make everyone be the goal of making money and build E company brand.
