As a cheaper automation technology, pneumatic has been applied to all kinds of industrial field and developed fully while machine modernization goes ahead step by step in China. All of pneumatic company, specially multinational company, became stronger joint into the Chinese market competition. As a Top 500, HT's pneumatic has good reputation. HT company has walked for 30 years in China, when the first branch office was build up in 1978. HT pneumatic has a lot of application in Chinese market and made a great contribution to Chinese automation. But HT has to face some new marketing problems because of heavy competition.Though investigation, confirm the problem of HT, by analysis of Chinese pneumatic market, clarify the outer opportunity & threat and inter strength and weakness against competitors. To make a marketing strategy in order to achieve the competition advantage according to the present resource and ability.This paper is consist of five parts.Chapter 1, discuss the background of HT company and study method and frame.Chapter 2, analyze the pneumatic market environment and clarify the outer opportunity and threat.Chapter 3, analyze the competition of pneumatic market, and clarify the strength and weakness.Chapter 4, analyze the customer's demand and purchasing behavior.Chapter 5, make market segment, choosing and position.Chapter 6, base on the above analysis, make a market strategy to achieve competition advance.
