The Research On Developing Strategy Of MK Company

With too much unpredictable internal and external economicenvironment, China is facing with imminent financial Tsunami. Under suchcircumstance, worse than the state-operated company has performed, theChinese private company would afford extra pressures such as capital, labor,inflation, cost, exchange rates, taxation and political regulation. Nowadays,the Chinese economy has entered into the new era, in which more and morelocal companies behind the fund accumulation start over to consider how todevelop business on the health and stable track. This dissertation aims todiscovery the real impact of both internal and external on companyperformance, and emphasize on the importance of continuous development,in addition, tries to design an appropriate strategy plan for a diversifiedprivate enterprise as MK, the target of which will improve the daily companyoperations more efficient, and finally accomplish that company position in Shanghai, as a subsidiary of GS group, is not a capital platform, but a foreignoutlet and a some know-hows origin.This dissertation is focus on some principles of strategy managementincluding relevant concepts and research methods, and in order to explore forsome key influence factor on MK’s competitive advantage and futurechallenge, we adopt the efficient analysis models such as PEST, SWOT andFive Force. In the view of all analysis data, this paper proposed the strategicorientation to move MK toward an excellent industrial investment withcompetitive operating and financing ability, and further discussion is givenabout how to combine of MK’s strategy, and how to support the developmentfrom the perspectives of organizational structure, corporate culture, humanresources, and financial management.
